SACCO FINANCIAL SPECIALIST : Responsibilities include : SACCO diagnostics, financial and operational reviews, mentor and train SACCOs on financial disciplines and prudential management, and develop new savings products to reach rural and underserved markets
SACCO MARKETING SPECIALIST : Responsibilities include : market research, develop new savings products to research rural and underserved markets, design marketing campaigns and materials, and train SACCOs staff on new savings products
SACCO ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST : Responsibilities include : Conversation from manual accounting systems for small SACCOs including data entry of transactions, application of generally accepted accounting principles.
Qualifications : University degree in finance, marketing, economics, business administration or management. Minimum of five years’ work experience in banking /financial services, experience working in rural areas or with vulnerable sectors of the population preferred.
