Our client is a South Australian
owned and operated electrical contracting company, with over thirty years
experience specialising in; electrical, sports lighting, communications and
testing.
We are currently seeking a highly
skilled and experienced Finance Officer for an initial three month contract
with view to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties:
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Processing payments
• Preparing, issuing and processing invoices
• Budgets
• Profit and Loss Statement, Trial Balance and Cash Flow
Key requirements:
• Previous experience in an electrical company (highly regarded)
• Experience with Simpro software package (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel and all Microsoft office programs
• Strong Accounts experience
• Proven time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Work within a small team
