Early Childhood Teacher
Winmalee Community Preschool is seeking a full time Early Childhood Teacher to commence at the beginning of Term 1 2012.
We are a community run preschool with a dynamic team and Board of Management. Our program is child centred and play based with a strong philosophy of inclusion for all children and families.
To be considered for this great role you must have:
• Completed a Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood)
• A current first aid certificate
• Experience in teaching children 3-5 years
• Sound knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Knowledge of current early childhood pedagogy and confidence in its implementation
• Experience in working with children with additional needs
• Be a team member
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy in documentation of children’s learning
