Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality and cost.
• Track projects progress through all phases and provide status report to the Management.
• Communicate project issues to relevant parties and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Identify project risks and execute action plans to mitigate.
• Ensure project processes and documents comply with organisation’s practices & guidelines.
• Plan, organize, oversee and manage the building & construction projects including all interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Good coordination with consultations concerning operational and design requirements for new buildings/business outlets and residential.
• Coordinate the design & planning work with architects, engineers and other professional consultants at the preliminary, conceptual and planning/design stages of building projects.
• Review of architectural designs, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works.
• Liaise with local authorities for building inspections and to obtain approvals for development projects.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years working experience in project management for high rise luxury condominium / serviced apartment projects.
• Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other relevant government authorities.
• Hands on knowledge on authority approval requirements.
• Able to ensure all technical requirements & specifications are complied with, timely completion of project and within approved budget.
• Able to work independently and lead the project team.
• Familiar with Conquas’s assessment certification and eco-friendly building concept & products.
