This role is ideally suited to someone from a face-paced franchise-model
restaurant or a natural leader with strong hospitality experience that can
multi-task and delegate, whilst leading by example and working as part of a
proven team.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

• Supporting the Manager in the general running of the store
• Leading and motivating staff on shift
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the operation
• Delivery of consistent and excellent customer service
• Setting up for service, including preparation of menu items
• Adherence to all company policies including, but not limited to: food
handling, WHS and cleanliness standards

Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in a similar hospitality environment
• Outstanding verbal communication skills – you will be expected to deal with customers
over the phone and face-to-face and accordingly, we require someone with a
strong command of the English language
• Vibrant, enthusiastic and cheerful personality
• Demonstrable customer service skills
• A good work ethic
• The ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Strong leadership qualities within a team environment
• An Australian working visa or residency
