Position : Organizational Development Expert

Duty station : Nyanza with frequent field visits to Ruhango, Huye & Muhanga

Qualifications / Preconditions :

B.Sc. Business Administration ; Management /
Economy / Finance / Social Sciences ; 5 years of experience with
(agricultural) cooperatives ; driving licence A ; IT/MS-Office ;

Main Responsibilities :

Co-management of agric. cooperatives +
associations ; Capacity-building ; NGO-Support ; respective
intensive field-monitoring ; etc.

Salary : To be discussed & depending on professional experience
