Propell National Property Valuers was formed in response to a need for a single property valuation company with strong national knowledge and resources.
About the Role
The People & Culture Manager’s main KPI is to maximise the engagement and productivity of all staff.
How? You will develop, lead and implement Propell’s national people strategy and provide people management advice, training and support to managers and staff. Does this sound like the role you have been looking for?
Included in this unique role will be generalist HR management of compliance with Fair Work & OH&S legislation, talent management, learning & development and various other projects along the way.
This is a 0.6 or 0.8 role offering flexibility with hours and days.
About the Person
The boxes you need to tick in order to be considered for the role are:
• Degree or post graduate qualifications in HRM or similar
• Strategic Human Resources Planning and Implementation experience
• Project Management qualifications and / or experience
• Learning & Development experience
• Current applied knowledge in industrial relations and OH&S
• Current Open Drivers Licence
