Managers
The
position shall report to the Chief Operating Officer

Major
Responsibilities and Duties
·        
Establish
clear lines of communication with staff at all times to address all concerns
and grievances in a timely manner as per policy and report these to relevant
departments including People and Culture and Finance.
·        
Regularly
coordinate with Operations, Internal Audit, Risk and People and Culture to
ensure alignment of goals and continuous improvement of processes, policies
& human capital.
·        
Monitor
individual branch performance through their KPIs (client base Portfolio Volume
increase and Portfolio quality management) and direct client interaction,
review of information with branch managers & provide guidelines for
achieving goals. Also, demonstrate a culture of accountability for
non-performers.
·        
Responsible
for all Internal Audit & risk matters across the region as per defined by
the regulatory bodies and to develop strategies in order to ensure compliance
& control.
·        
Act as a
liaison person between Branches and Head Office, participate in monthly Head
Office meetings and conduct the same at regional level with BMs and staff every
month.
·        
Develop
Marketing strategies and tools with Marketing -Business Development manager and
the Agribusiness Manager.
·        
Develop
succession planning across the region in order to build and provide growth
opportunities to staff within the region.
·        
Develop
and conduct regular trainings of staff and identify training & development
needs of the team & ensure ongoing capability development.
·        
Responsible
for random review of asset files of each Branch across the region as instructed
by the line management.
·        
Responsible
for controlling & maintaining PAR, number of clients & develop remedies
in liaison to address the gaps with Chief Operating Officer across the region.
·        
Continuously
review customer care and service standards across the region and monitor exit
client ratios and ensure that high standards of client retention and
satisfaction across the region.
·        
Undertake
a competitive analysis.
·        
Any other
duties as advised from time to time.
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
·        
Degree in
Business Administration or any other relevant qualification
·        
Proven
ability to lead multi-discipline teams, “strong communication &
presentation skills
·        
Ability
to perform under pressure and tight deadlines, multi-tasking to ensure deadline
are met.
·        
Strong
client relations, negotiation and selling skills, relationship Management and
team motivator/ builder
