Responsibilities:
• Source and manage content for distribution in local and overseas segments;
• Assist in negotiations with local and foreign content suppliers;
• Responsible for new content in quality control, ratings, censorship and subtitling;
• Monitor daily operations of existing content;
• Create, interpret and prepare report on demographic models based on internal data;
• Analyze models for viability of new content;
• Research and analyze models for viability of new content for our markets;
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/mass communication, marketing or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in media or similar capacity.;
• Knowledge of local and international content licensing and agreements;
• Well versed with MSOffice products but experience in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, VirtualDub and related software will be a plus;
• Able to travel overseas to continue ongoing negotiations;
• High proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Spoken proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese or Korean will be a plus.
