Reporting
to the Board, you will be responsible for developing and managing systems,
leading and nurturing a team of proactive and innovative people and ensuring
high level projects are taken from concept to completion.

- Ensure
HR functions such as recruitment, induction, performance management,
training and termination - Improve
Admin Department productivity plus high level customer service, both
internal and external - Manage
Marketing of Verve Group including digital branding and product campaigns - Implement
practice development and product development initiatives as directed by
the board
The
