Healthy Eating Startup
Location: Mississauga, GTA/Peel Region, Ontario
Are you a person with a passion for healthy living? If so, we have an
incredible opportunity for an individual with food industry experience
and knowledge of Vegan/Vegetarian cuisine! We are a food and beverage
startup that is attempting to mesh eCommerce and the retail restaurant
business. We are opening our first location in Streetsville,
Mississauga, Ontario very soon and are simultaneously beginning an
eCommerce website where our food and drinks will be available for
order online. Your role will be very diverse and you will have a
direct impact on the development and growth of the company.
Your duties will include:
• Recipe / Menu Planning
• Restaurant Supervision/Management
• Daily Kitchen Work
• General Marketing Work (helping develop the brand by creating
content for Social Media/Blogs)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry experience
who wants to rapidly move up the corporate ladder as we are expecting
heavy growth (possible two store expansion) within the first year. A
successful employee will find themselves being promoted to Head of
Food Operations as our company expands.
The skills/knowledge we are seeking include:
• Experience working in a restaurant Kitchen
• Knowledge of Vegan/Vegetarian cuisine
• Interest in healthy living, nutrition, exercise, yoga, alternative medicine
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Perfectionism and attention to detail
Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of social media and blogging
