HR EXECUTIVE
Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Ipoh
Responsibilities:
• Performs full complement of Human Resources duties including Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Industrial Relations and Occupational Safety and Health.
• Performs company and office administration duties.
• To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Highly conversant with local labor legislation and familiar with Admin / HR practices and procedures.
• General administrative functions such as licenses and working visa and permit application and renewal.
• To conduct orientation for new comers.
• To monitor employee attendance and leave balances and make arrangement for training.
• Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Academic Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Working Experience
• At least 2 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Skills and Others
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to execute and transform the roles and functionality of HR Department to be efficient and effective
• Willing to work in Batu 3 Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, 5 ½ working days per week.
• Able to handle multi-tasking jobs.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, especially Words and Excel.
• Work independently with minimum supervision and good working ethnics.
• Possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
