Music Festival is an annual music festival event held In regional towns across
Australia and we require Festival Assistants to assist with duties in lead up
to the festival & also on the day.
Infinity Festival is
a ‘must do’ destination event In any regional town. Travellers surrounding the
Regions and abroad, can now gorge themselves on the mythical expectations of
every festival goers dream… Each year we aim to deliver the best line up
available and this year we reckon we’ve put together easily the best line up in
the events history, again crossing most genres with a focus on Rock, Hip-Hop,
Pop and loads of electronic stylings
Working across some
of the largest regional music festivals in Australia, VA entertainment is
seeking to bring their outsourced PR & Communications work in-house!
Your Role:
Responsibility
across all areas of Communications & PR strategy is yours.
- Develop,
implement and execute all communications & PR strategy enhancing the
overall visibility and success of our events. - Developing
media relationships - Implementing
Promotional strategies - Preparing
and distributing media releases… and so much more!
Your
Experience:
As this position is
newly created, we are ideally seeking a season professional with at least:
- Intermediate
practical experience in the areas of media relations, PR &
communications. - High
level of attention to detail - Proven
ability around copy write, editing and proof reading especially in the
area of digital and electronic media. - Ability
to develop and manage relationships with clients, agency’s and the media.
You will be a self
motivated person, have the ability to work autonomously to deadlines and have
or undertaking qualifications in a marketing discipline ideally. Experience within
the music festival sector is desirable as is experience around social media.
