TITLE :
Request for quotations for construction activities for GISOZI and ACACCIA
Branch

Urwego
Opportunity Bank (herein referred to as the Bank) hereby invites qualified
professional companies or/and individuals to submit their proposals in Rwandan
Francs for “Partitioning activities for the two branches as per below details :

Lot
1: Partitioning activities for Acacia Property (refer on BOQ and design
attached )

Lot
2: Partitioning activities for Gisozi Branch (refer On BOQ and
design attached )

collect Bill of quantities and Design at our reception or send an email

to get them on your email

All
the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes and addressed to
the Chief Executive Officer with the following title and address:

The
bidder should be ready start construction effective from 8th July 2016
The
construction activities should not go beyond 30 days and all requirement
for immediate start up should be highlighted in the proposal
The
project timeline should be indicated in the proposed financial offer as it
will be a bases of the selection and penalties are subjected to be applied
while failing to respect the timeline
The
quotations received, and acknowledged at the Bank reception, will be
opened and analyzed for selection by the Bank Tender Committee Members who
will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
The
quotations should include the VAT along with, a valid Trading
license/incorporation certificate (Registre de Commerce), validity of
offer and payment terms.
The
bidder will be requested to provide a valid tax clearance certificate
issued by RRA
The
quotations should include all related transport cost by the bidder
to the bank branches
The
selected bidder would be required to open a bank account with our Bank.
The
contractor should indicate the quickest he/she can deliver the site after
being contracted
The
contractor should have experience of at least 3 years doing construction
activities especially with Banks or big companies/organization
The
Deadline for submission of quotes is set on Tuesday 5th of July
2016 at 2:00pm to the Director of planning and financial
report ,Head Office, through our reception office –Remera-
Gisiment Sector Umuyenzi plaza building third floor
