The Finance
& Administration Officer will support the Finance Director in overseeing
budgeting and expenditure monitoring processes for the project and for
coordinating with other departments and staff to ensure contractual compliance
with financial requirements.

Minimum
Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s
degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA
or related Masters’ degree highly preferred.

· 3-5 years of
experience with costing, budget preparation, or other financial management.
