evaluate individual programmes and records for the needs and interests of the

- Bachelor
of Early Childhood, Bachelor of Social Science (Children and Family
Studies) or Diploma of Children’s Services, as recognised by the
Australian Children’s Education & Care Authority (ACECQA) - Substantial
experience and possess leadership skills as a Qualified Child Care Giver
within an early learning environment - Knowledge
and understanding of the child care industry, including the National
Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework and current national
regulations - Working
with Children Check - Appropriate
Medical Clearance, in working in a relevant centre based Education and
Care service
