output.  A great opportunity is currently available within our ICT Project
Office, as we seek an enthusiastic and appropriately qualified individual for
the following fixed term full-time position.

Under the broad
direction of the University’s ServiceNow Project Manager, the Senior Business
Systems Analyst will be the technical lead in a program of works which involves
further configuration and development of ServiceNow. The University has been
using ServiceNow for IT Service Management based on the ITIL framework for
three years and is now ready to further develop ITSM components within
ServiceNow as well as investigate and implement Service Management modules for
other business functions. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be central
to the discovery and planning, design, development, testing and implementation
phases of all ServiceNow project related initiatives.

Knowledge and
experience using ServiceNow is highly desirable however candidates who have
demonstrated similar experience gained in other ITSM and Enterprise Management
platforms will be considered. ServiceNow scripting and system administration
training will be provided where required.
