The Deputy Director
will provide leadership to the Planning and Analytics Unit. This position has
responsibility to initiate, develop and manage information resources to meet
the University’s strategic objectives, including key performance indicators and
other institutional performance reporting. The role will also inform and
support decision making on key University projects and initiatives through the
provision of detailed and insightful analysis of both internal and external
data sets. The successful applicant will coordinate the University’s load
planning process, including supporting tools, processes, and detailed modelling
of student load and revenue.
Essential qualities
include a postgraduate qualification and/or an equivalent combination of
professional experience in a leadership role and excellent interpersonal skills
working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
