Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
(i) teach Public Law in at least two of the following areas: Jurisprudence; Public International; International Criminal Law and Environmental Law or Commercial Laws in at least two of the following areas: Tax Law; Financial Services Law; Labour Law and Competition Law;
(ii) supervise student research projects and theses at both undergraduate and graduate levels;
(iii) conduct research in their area of expertise;
(iv) provide service to the community;
(v) provide academic leadership;
(vi) carry out duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
Candidates should have:
(i) a PhD in Law;
(ii) significant teaching experience at a University or comparable institution;
(iii) at least 6 publications, 4 of which are peer reviewed journal papers;
(iv) lead and or single author in at least 2 refereed publications;
(v) evidence of academic leadership, service to the profession and community.
