Supporting the
implementation of programme activities throughout the project cycle process,
Supporting the finalisation of contracts or agreements with potential clients,
Attending project management

functions, meetings and events, and proposing
actions where necessary, Contributing to the preparation of visibility material
that will include articles and papers on the Company’s projects, Managing the
Company’s procurement and administrative processes, Undertaking any other
assignments as may be assigned by their superiors
A Bachelors Degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field from a recognised
University, A minimum of 3 yrs related experienced, Proven ability and
experience across a broad range of programmatic and administrative functions:
budget procurement, implementation plan, monitoring and evaluation, Ability to
perform duties that required close attention to detail, to prioritise workload
and follow tasks through to completion, Ability to multitask and a self starter
with a proactive attitude, excellent organisation and communication skills,
Sensitivity to confidential matters, Ability to work in a team environment
under minimum supervision
