Key responsibilities:
a) Conduct and promote active
marketing campaigns to attract new clients
b) Manage the loan process
c) Manage portfolio growth and
quality with PAR >1 day at 0%.
d) Prepare periodical daily,
weekly , monthly output reports
Job requirements:
i. Degree in Business
Administration, Agriculture, Microfinance or related course
preferred
Experience in microfinance is an
added advantage.
iii. Determined personality with
initiative, perseverance and resilience.
iv. Capability and willingness to
take responsibility stand up to challenges in swift manner.
v. Ready to comply and live up to
and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
vi. Good presentational, customer
care, computer and communication skills. vii. Valid riding permit is an added
advantage.
