The Role
• Plan and organise package holidays, cruises and long haul trips for individuals and groups
• Assessing and matching customer needs
• Providing advice on holiday destinations
• Up selling and cross selling on additional products such as car hires, insurance and foreign exchange
Experience
• Previous Travel Sales experience is REQUIRED
• Strong sales background
• Ability to work in a fast paced target orientated environment
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Fantastic customer service experience
