Transport Operations & Bookings Officer Job Vacancy in Melbourne, Australia

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend to Phone & Online Inquiries & Bookings.
• Assist the Charter Manager with Management of School / Charter Drivers.
• Allocate & Schedule Daily Charter & School Bus Services.

• Available to Participate in After Hours On-Call Roster.

Requirements:
• Good customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Previous Transport & Logistical Experience.
• Able to work in a close Team environment.
• Working with Children Card .
• A Medium Rigid Licence & Drivers Accreditation an advantage.
