Job description:
• Input to Training Radar to plan short-, medium- and long-term Training Projects for The Commercial division
• Work with business owners to define and agree comprehensive Training curricula for internal and external target audiences
• Drive end-to-end training projects and ensure timely execution, as per the Global Training Methodology, through Planning, Preparation, Execution, Evaluation and Maintenance phases.
• Plan, prepare and deliver Training courses to target groups within the Commercial division as appropriate
• Develop and maintain Training Materials (generic, tools-specific) at regular intervals
• Deliver Training to Operations Account Managers, Customer Care Specialists, & Channel Partners (external).
• Support the Commercial division, as well as other divisions, to plan, prepare, develop and deliver training courses
• Act as internal Training Consultant and provide guidance on Global Training methodology to divisions in and stakeholders across other Operations Centers
• Adhere to Training Metrics
• Issue Training Reports
• Conduct Training and Quality Audits
• Provide guidance on Quality Assurance methodology as required
• Work with US business and training contacts to coordinate training plans and activities as required
• Continuously benchmark Global training methodology and approach to industry standards
• Undertake consistent market review of products & technology available to assist with the deployment of classroom & online training
