Duties
• Liaise with client and respective Human resources consultant to identify client training needs
• Develop tailor made training programs in line with specific identified client needs and industry
• Implement training delivery methods and facilitate training program(training client personnel)
• Develop and maintain good relationship with client through client intimacy and continuously feed back and appraisal of training and development program delivered.
• Ensure statutory training requirement are meet (both by client and our selves) before undertaking any training program.
• Liaise directorate of Industrial training (DIT) on all training and development statutory regulation (ensure 100% compliance )
• Develop and present timely report on all training project in the managing consultancy
Qualification
• A bachelor degree in education and a diploma in Human resources management from a reputable institution
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in training facilitation and capacity building
• Proficiency in report writing.
• 27-30 years of age
• Strong background and ability in participatory training methodologies.
