Client Service Executive (Advertising)
Selangor – Kelana Jaya
Responsibilities:
• Proposing, managing and executing clients’ advertising and communications campaigns/projects.
• Becoming familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these.
• Liaising and managing clients by maintaining regular contact ensuring that communication flows effectively.
• Responsible to present creative work to clients, managing and responding to client’s feedback.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationship with clients.
• Overseeing the status of all advertising campaigns and able to work within tight timeline.
• Working closely with creative team and relevant supplier to ensure all jobs are briefed clearly and able to meet deadlines for each individual assignment.
• Assisting Client Service Manager with other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Presentation, writing (English), time management
• Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya and have own cars.
• Applicants must have a strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, proactive and with a keen eye for detail.
• Preferably Junior Executives/Senior Executives specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
