Bilingual Consultant

In the role of Bilingual Consultant, you will be making outbound calls and answering inbound calls.
Your key accountabilities in this role are to assist customers understand the features and benefits of the CHIP Home Income Plan solution, gather and record accurate client information, qualify leads by determining prospect eligibility, track customer contacts, and book meetings with senior sales representatives.

You possess efficient data entry skills, so that the information entrusted to you by your clients is recorded accurately in our database.
You’re eager to learn and will complete the Mortgage Brokers Course (Financial Service Underwriting – 101) within the first six months of your employment.
You possess good knowledge of MS Office and are generally comfortable with using various software applications.
Your schedule is flexible to allow for working shifts which may start at 8am or finish at 8pm.
You speak French fluently and likely prefer to utilize French as your first language
