OF REFERENCE FOR SUPPLY OF 135 COMPUTERS (LAPTOPS)

 Background Information
Since
2014, FAWE Rwanda in partnership with the MasterCard Foundation has been
implementing a scholarship program which supports academically bright yet
economically disadvantaged girls to access quality education and to complete
quality secondary and make a successful transition to tertia

ry education. FAWE
Rwanda will supply 135 quality laptops to 135 scholars who will join tertiary
education in September for the academic year 2017/2018. It is against this
background that FAWE Rwanda is requesting reputable local organizations to
submit their financial offers/quotations for supplying 135 computers.

Supporting documents required (Mandatory)
Trade/Business
License from RDB valid 2017, VAT Registration and Taxi Clearance certificate
valid 2017 and evidence of good completion of the similar assignment preferably
in public institutions or NGOs and delivery time. Should you be able to supply
135 laptops in 30 working days maximum.
Interested
suppliers should submit their financial offers to FAWE RWANDA Office, ROOM 117;
First floor in the Ministry of Education Building, KACYIRU, not later than Monday,
September 25th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
