1	For Hanger for Drilling rigs: Leveling and compacting with murram and finished with tar/ laterite and drainage system Length 10 meters Width 12 width Height: 8 meters
2	Hanger for Laboratory: The laboratory should have 12 rooms It should be built in iron sheets, iron Two rooms made in masonry materials One room made in masonry and with sound proof made in simple materials The floor should be in concrete with cement and some parts will be made in tiles
	REQUIREMENTS ON THE SIDE OF THE DESIGNER
	Sketches and designs
	Bill of Quantities
	Supervision until reception in a time frame of the period for construction
	Estimate time for completing the building
	Give professional insurance in case the BOQs recommended can cause problems in case they are not standard and give one-year guarantee after reception
