The Company:
Australia’s pre-eminent control and automation service provider. The
organisation specialises in the design, integration, installation, and service
of automation solutions encompassing a range of PLC, SCADA, HMI, RTU platforms.
They work across a range of sectors including Infrastructure, Food and
Beverage, Utilities, Resources, Manufacturing, and Defence. They are expanding
their Projects Team and are therefore searching for a new Control
Systems Engineer. They are open to either a permanent or contract
engagement.
Responsibilities
will encompass:
- Engineer and
design technical automation solutions suited to client
specifications/requirements - PLC,
HMI and SCADA programming, configuration, integration, and commissioning - Develop
required reports and documentation - Engage
with a range of stakeholders – technical and non-technical - Control
system troubleshooting and fault-finding
Successful
candidates will possess:
- Appropriate
Engineering degree/diploma, and project experience - A
minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Control Systems Engineer - PLC,
SCADA, HMI, and RTU/ Telemetry experience – Major vendor platforms –
Schneider, Siemens, and Rockwell/Allen Bradley - Previous
experience in the Utilities, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage sectors - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external
stakeholders
