Supervisor
Reports to: Head of TM – Tigo Cash
Summary of Job Description
• You are responsible for supporting all efforts developing Tigo Cash
distribution network in your territory. This includes managing the logistics
and processes of agent recruitment, liquidity management and promotional
activities. You will be a highly motivated and autonomous person who
shows initiative in identifying opportunities to grow Tigo Cash in your
territory.
Minimum Job Requirements
• University degree or equivalent, preferable Bachelor in business
administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
• 2 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience
preferable in FMCG
• Without Bachelor degree, 5 years of managerial experience with field and
operation experience
