private sector needs, as well as promoting entrepreneurship, in Rwanda and the

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource
Management, Education or other related fields; Specialization in private sector
/ business development/ job creation useful. More advantage will be given to
highly qualified candidates at post graduate level with strong work experience
in labour market needs assessment and TVET sector.

senior management experience and/or relevant professional experience in the
field of demand driven skills development planning in partnership with
enterprise and SME development; Experience of working with developing country
governments to develop and implement economic development strategies with a
focus on the private sector; Experience of institutional framework development
and implementing management; systems with large, complex governmental
institutions in developing country context highly desirable.
