A full-time head chef used to
working in a fast paced environment ,is required for a new cafe soon to be open
7 days for breakfast/lunch in the lower Northshore area.
We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative and
health inspired dishes.
The successful applicant will must have exceptional organisation
skills+previous experience in managing a busy kitchen,understanding of organic
produce and ingredients,ordering and monitoring supplies and changing menu
seasonally,food costing,rosters and budgets
