The
Role

Preparing
for, setting up and running functions and events
Liaising
with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and
presentation.
Hands
on operations of a busy restaurant and function rooms
Effectively
motivate and manage staff whilst creating an enjoyable, engaging and
progressive work environment
Liaising
with the kitchen team to provide seamless service from back of house to
front of house
Build
rapport with staff as well as guests
