The
Malka Group – TMG RTO #21694 is adding to our senior management team we need an
experienced, VET Professional with extensive Operations and Compliance
experience to become a valued member of TMG’s senior management team. The
person has to be client centric, understand the learning needs of the
individual and the employer together with a quality and compliance overview.
The
successful candidate will have experience and expertise in:
Business
Processes

  • Develop,
    maintain, and monitor compliance through policies and procedures.
  • Identify
    and implement compliant business process enhancements to facilitate
    effective and efficient operations
  • Collaborate
    with Industry Coordinators to ensure smooth interfaces between
    departments, including Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance and Quality
    Assurance, Marketing, Business Development, Training, Administration, and
    legal.
  • New
    Program Implementation / New Client Solutions
  • Assist
    with implementation of new programs and addition to scope activities
  • Maintain
    and support project management methodology and support program staff in
    implementing each new program
  • Providing
    day to day leadership support to the TMG team
  • Lead
    by example – at TMG we are all very hands on
Contract
Management
  • Monitor
    and ensure compliance for all areas through collaboration with
    coordinators, administration, finance, marketing and business development
    departments.
  • Monitor
    and ensure compliance with all reporting deadlines.
  • Instructional
    designing and quality assurance
  • Demonstrated
    strength in instructional design and assessment development within the VET
    sector.
  • Demonstrated
    application of best practice instructional design methodologies in the
    design of learning solutions with compliant and comprehensive assessments.
  • Proven
    experience utilising instructional design tools and technology for online
    and blended course delivery
  • Flipped
    Classroom experience preferred
  • Proven
    experience developing face-to-face learning solutions and supporting
    materials, e.g. workshop sessions with PowerPoint, learning slides and
    trainer guides.
  • Sound
    knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and
    the requirements to design compliant assessments.
  • Oversee
    development or purchase of training resources and assessment tools and
    delivery options to ensure  compliance with ASQA requirements.
  • Support
    VET FEE-HELP provider compliance requirements. 
  • Conduct
    and support coordinators to conduct validation and moderation sessions
Budget
Management & Planning
  • Monitor
    and ensure budget compliance
  • Assist
    with development of program and department budgets
  • Collaborate
    with relevant parties to modify budgets as necessary, in compliance with
    all internal and external guidelines
  • Develop
    “Statement of fees” through collaboration with coordinators,
    administration and finance department.
  • People
    Management – excellent, inclusive communication skills
  • Collaborate
    with HR Department and Industry Coordinators in developing and
    implementing annual performance goals and evaluations.
  • Assist
    with recruitment and on boarding of new staff to fill vacancies and new
    positions.
  • Other
    Duties as required/suggested by the Head of Domestic and International
    Operations or CEO of  The Malka Group.
Importantly
you will have a strong client service, operational and compliance focus,
the ability to network successfully and represent The Malka Group RTO both
internally and externally in a professional manner.
