Institute of Legal Practice and Development is a public institution established
by law. The ILPD aims to serve as a national, regional and continental
institute for: (1) practical legal training and (2) applied legal research in
three languages (English, French 86 Kinyarwanda).

ILPD under the subcontract with CHEMONICS RWANDA LAND LCC will conduct a study
on “The Impact of Gende

red Legal Rights to Land on the Prevalence and
Nature of Infra- and Inter-Household Dispute?

ILPD
is recruiting enumerators to collect data of household survey for the
above-mentioned study. Household survey will be conducted in 15 districts. The
candidates have to fulfill the following criteria:
Minimum
qualification
:
  • Second
    Year of university in Law or Social sciences, proven by transcript or
    university certificate proving to be in 2nd year at least;
  • Having
    carried at least two survey of the same nature, proven by a certificate;
  • Native
    speaker of Kinyarwanda –
  • Ability
    to follow a pre-survey training in English
  • Ability
    to work in rural areas
  • Excellent
    computer skills will be an added advantage
  • Availability
    to be trained (end January/2015) and start the work in earlier
    February/2015.
