1.1.Minimum Requirements
•GCE O’ levels certificate
•Diploma in Marketing and or Public Relations
preferable
•Be well presented
•Have ability to follow through a request form start to
finish
•Attend to guest queries/needs and deal with them
in an efficient prompt and courteous manner achieving maximum guest satisfaction
•To maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
and to create a professional relationship with guests.
•Must have ability to source information not
readily available.
•Be of an outgoing and bubbly personality
•Working knowledge of FIDELIO/PMS would be advantageous
•Have ability to balance sales and produce event
reports
•Have an ability to “up sell”
•Be well spoken and fluently conversant in English.
