Role Summary: Contribute
towards the building and nurturing of relationships with public sector donors
& prospects, providing analytical and operational support to achieve the
team’s fund-raising goals.

Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: support Donor
Relations Officers in building and nurturing Global Fund’s relationships
with donors; - Undertake primary research and analysis in
response to donor led exercises (assessments, audits etc.); - Analyse and consolidate information across the
Team’s portfolios and develop a common database function; - Pro-actively co-ordinate internal parties to
facilitate high-quality delivery to donors; - Develop and prepare presentations, briefs and
other material for external purposes; - Provide back-stopping support to the team as
required - Develop, consolidate and manage the
department’s budget, including the quarterly reforecasts.

Qualifications: Essential:
- Advanced university degree in business
administration, public administration, health, law, international
development or other relevant discipline. - A relevant combination of academic
qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced
university degree.

- Several years of previous experience in the
management of grants, projects or programmes, and project coordination in
a multi-stakeholder setting; - Experience of working with donor
representation, preferably in the area of Global Health; and - Experience in budget management.
Desirable :
- Practical field experience in a developing
country
Competencies: Languages:
An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of
French or one of the following: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish.
Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
