current owners and has won numerous awards from Restaurant & Catering
Association over those years.We are located 10 minutes North of Toowoomba on
the Darling Downs.

We are a daytime only establishment which requires the
applicant to not work any split shifts and lead a normal life.We pride
ourselves on nurturing a family team spirit within our business and are seeking
someone to join our team along side our other team members , some of which have
been with us for more then 15 years.

You would be required to be able to manage the kitchen
including ordering , rostering of kitchen staff ,

stock rotation ,
stocktake and producing weekly specials of modern Australian cuisine.
We are seeking a Head Chef with at least 5 years post
graduate qualification experience. Our current team consists of two fully
qualified chefs and several cooks.

We are a 230 seat capacity establishment with a strong
focus on the tourism market as well as a great local repeat customer base.
