Specific responsibilities
  • Ensuring
    effective day-to-day management of the store whilst achieving targets
  • Lead,
    motivate and organise our front line team
  • Control
    costs and wastage
  • Effectively
    communicate with all levels of employee, guest and upper management
  • Assist
    in the implementing of training procedures and target driven incentives
  • Monitor,
    measure and report on issues related to operations including WHS
  • Actively
    resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
  • Ensure
    that all operational objectives and purposes are achieved such as staff
    training and rosters for front of house
  • Create
    a positive and proactive work environment
  • Perform
    miscellaneous job-related duties
  • Oversee
    and manage stock levels
  • Handle
    customer enquiries and complaints
  • Responsible
    for financial management including stock take and increasing sales
  • Oversee
    the writing and publishing of rosters
  • Ensure
    activities meet organisational requirements for quality management, health
    and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of
    care
