PROCUREMENT METHOD: National Open Competitive Bidding
1. The
National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) received funds from NSDS
Basket Fund and other budgets towards the cost of supply fuel and gasoline for
all vehicles used by the NISR for a period of two years.

convertible currency issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance
