POST: LOAN OFFICER
A newly formed Micro Finance Company is looking to hire
the services of an energetic young person to the post of Loan Officer.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
>Client recruitment, appraisal and assessment
>Portfolio Management
>Credit Analysis
>Recoveries
>Maintaining superior levels of customer delight
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
>Degree/Diploma in Social Science or Business
administration or Accountancy.
>The ideal candidate should have at least 5
years’ experience in Micro Finance Lending industry.
>Those with Group lending experience will have
an added advantage.
>He/ She should be a self-starter, and working
independently.
>He/ She should have very good relationship
management skill.
