Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing, measuring and managing tenders for
  multiple projects in WA
• Controlling and reviewing the bid process
  working in conjunction with the Directors from initial concept to award
• Compiling cost estimates to provide a client
  or potential client
• Reviewing and analysing costs for materials
  and labour, assessing labour productivity, researching vendor,
  manufacturing and construction costs
• Analysis of supplier/subcontractor quotes

• A minimum of 5 years’ significant experience
  working in the construction industry in an estimating role
• Tertiary qualification in a construction
  related field
• Uphold and be able to demonstrate to ability
  to interpret architectural plans
• Competent computer skills in all Microsoft
  programs – experience in using CHEOPS and Everest is desired
• Excellent communication, negotiation and
  organisational skills
• A sound knowledge of building regulations
• Experience with substantial Commercial &
  Residential projects
