consultancies, operators and government organisations worldwide.

We are currently working alongside a leading service organisation in their
requirement for a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to work across their portfolio
of existing facilities management contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • •Ensure
    the maintenance activities are technically supported and provide planning,
    scheduling, quality assurance and maintenance management support services;
  • Manage
    work orders and service records daily
  • Manage
    and prepare weekly scheduling reports
  • Assist
    in developing methods to correct deficiencies identified in quality system
    audits.
  • Assist
    in auditing the quality system under the direction of the QA Coordinator
    as appropriate

Skills and
Experience

  • Relevant
    qualifications and/or competency in planning and scheduling utilising SAP
  • Intermediate
    to advance Excel skills (data manipulation and formulas)
  • Trade
    background preferred but not essential
  • Understanding
    of trade utilisation
  • Minimum
    3 years relevant industry experience
  • ASM
    experience
  • Good
    communicator at all levels internal / external
  • You
    must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an ADF Clearance
