Responsibilities:• Attend to the daily production processes and attend to any production technical issues to ensure overall smooth production processes;
• Review and initiate production process improvements to improve productivity;
• Attend to all quality issues and work out solutions with Quality Assurance Department to resolve or contain the issues;
• Work closely with the Engineering and R&D departments to transit new processes/ technology transfer into production line on time;
• Training of employees on procedures/ processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical engineering/Electro Mechanical
• Min 3 years of experience in Semiconductor/ manufacturing plant, production lines
• Strong technical analytical thinking skills
• Experience or conversant in conducting on-the-job technical training for supervisors and operators
• Ability to provide training to supervisors and operators
• Knowledge of different manufacturing/ quality mechanisms/ tools for production problem solving
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage
