Our client is a highly regarded practice specialising in building & construction, planning & development, and
strata insurance matters. Due to demand on our client’s services an opportunity exists for a mid level lawyer to join the team. As part of a close knit team, you will work alongside two highly regarded partners on a mix of building & construction disputes and strata & building defects litigation matters. You will also have some exposure to commercial litigation work.
Ideally you will have circa 4-6 years PQE in construction litigation. Strata law experience would be highly regarded, however not essential. Commercial litigation lawyers with a keen interest in back end construction matters may also be considered.
