Job Title: Deputy Manager – Construction Equipment
Job Description
The position reports to: The Head, Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the entire operation of the Construction Equipment Division.
• Develop team for marketing and sale of construction equipment
• Assign duties and targets to sales team
• Ensure that sales targets are achieved
• Segment the market for effective penetration
• Design training programs to equip sales team
• Any other job that will be assigned by superior
Remuneration: The positions come with attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, accomplishment and expected performance and results
Required Skills or Experience
• A degree in Marketing or its equivalent with at least eight (8) years working experience preferably in Construction Industry
• A professional certificate in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
• Has a flare for construction equipment
• Good communication skills (Oral & written)
• Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Able to navigate the internet
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Interpersonal relationship
• Good report writing
