Responsibilities:
• Merchant Recruitment and Management: to sign up new merchant accounts and retaining existing ones by renewing their participation contract. Set appointments and perform close follow up work with the merchant on their request. Actively promote new products and features on the system.
• Marketing Communication : manage, liaise and coordinate with marketing agencies, medias and event management companies to execute marketing communication, advertising and promotion strategies. Managing all Public Relation and Press Interaction in regards merchant related parties.
• Merchant Marketing Program, Event and Campaign : manage and coordinate all merchant related marketing program, event and campaign in supporting the merchants and related agencies. To promote merchants in leveraging on Company existing media channels and vice-versa.
• E-Marketing: manage, liaise and coordinate with E-Marketing related agencies and partners to ensure correct approach and effective position of marketing communication messages and announcement via all types of mechanics of E-Channels such as E-Mail Marketing, SMS Broadcasting, E-Commerce Portal, M-Commerce Portal, Corporate Website, eKiosk and other digital medias.
• Advertiser Management: identify, securing and managing potential merchant who will subscribe to Company Online-Advertising Services via E-Channels (E-Commerce Portal, M-Commerce Portal and eKiosk).
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing /Mass Communication /Management
• At least (2-3) three years of experience in the marketing function
• Marketing acumen

• Microsoft office & IT skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to timelines
• Experience in a media / online business industry
