Quartermaster
Terengganu – Pulau Redang, Kuala Terengganu
Requirements:
• Must have 3-4 years experience as an HR Accommodation Officer / Warden
• Must have minimum of 3 years working experience in a 4 – 5 star resort environment with employee accommodation facilities
• Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management / Facilities Management.
• Must have multi cultural experiences, exposed to a variety of different cultures / countries
• Must be familiar with Employment Act 1955, Labor Practices, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and other relevant statutory requirements pertaining to Employment.
• Able to work under pressure
• Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player
• Excellent and proven problem solving skills
• Energetic, result-oriented and prepared to face challenges – irrelevant of consequences
• Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Positive work attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS applications
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have good understanding of HR Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Manuals, and evaluating employee’s performance
