Asst. Training Manager
Terengganu – Pulau Redang, Kuala Terengganu
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange training activities to meet the need of management and employee development of the Hotel for up-keeping of hotel’s services standard
Requirements:
• Good general education, preferably with degree in Training and Education
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the training (hotel experience) profession of a sizeable organization with at least 3 years as supervisory role.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa. Articulate in speech.
• Posses through outstanding of training functions
• General understanding of hotel operations
• Knowledge of various training method and techniques- good instructional skill
• Knowledge of hotel’s training policy and procedures
• Ability to compile reports as required
• Ability to provide director and training and subordinates and evaluate their performance
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training & development
• Train, motivate and inspire the staff to deliver excellent customer service and quality performance
• Develop effective and good liaison with Training Institutes, schools and agents of similar nature
• Conduct and evaluate training programs for general and supervisory staff
• Quick to amend and revise training programs to adapt to the changes within work environment
